Our time with the puppies is sadly winding down. It is incredible that we will only have them with us for two more weeks! The best part for us is that the puppies are going to homes that will love them even more than we do!

This week was so exciting as each family found out which puppy was theirs. Thankfully each family was able to get one of their top picks!
We have had a blast getting some cute pictures! The below picture is a very jealous Reef staring at her puppies playing with some of her toys. I finally had to close the gate so she wouldn’t keep stealing all the toys and taking them to the den!
We also had a cute little one visit and fall in love with puppies! She sat on the couch with Red Collar for about 20 minutes.
The puppies are also getting really smart. My trusty helper has been training them… or at least reading them a little Amelia Bedelia.
After the fluke snow on Monday, things warmed up around here and we were able to take Dock and Harbor for a hike in a national forest on the Mattaponi River.
One not so fun thing for the puppies this week was that they went to the vet to get their first set of shots. They were a big hit and did a wonderful job in the car and in the office. All are doing great! It wore Purple Collar out. Poor Yellow Collar who is trying to sleep underneath her!

Looking forward to picking up our puppy, Finnigan “Yellow-Collar”, next Wednesday. We’ll probably call him Finn.You mentioned you would be out of school next week, so we’ll probably be there mid-afternoon if that is OK. Thanks for posting pics of all the puppies. It’s fun to watch them grow and interact.
